Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Dear Mama Mail, every card is prepared and mailed with care.
Because our cards are personalized, time-sensitive mailings, and because of the nature of gift cards, the following policy applies to all purchases made through our Site.
Subscription and One-Time Card Orders
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase as long as the card has not yet been mailed.
Once cards have been processed for mailing, orders become final sale and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
If you need to update your mailing address, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@dearmamamail.com so we can make any changes before your next shipment.
Gift Cards
All gift card sales are final and non-refundable.
Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Gift cards do not expire and may be used to activate a Dear Mama Mail subscription at any time.
Damaged or Missing Mail
Each Dear Mama Mail card is prepared and shipped through standard mail services.
While delays and occasional issues are rare, postal services are outside our direct control.
If your card does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@dearmamamail.com — we’ll do our best to make it right. 💌
Postal Delays or Strikes
In the event of a postal strike or extended delivery delay, your card will still be sent as soon as mail service resumes.
During this time, you may also receive a digital version by email so your encouragement reaches you right on time.
