A Note from Amy
Dear Mama Mail is resting for a season while we prepare for an official relaunch in 2026.
Right now, I’m sending out a small batch of free Christmas cards as a little gift of encouragement to our community.
If you’d like one, you can sign up here — it’s completely free and helps make sure you’ll hear first when subscriptions reopen.

What is Dear Mama Mail?
Dear Mama Mail is a handwritten-style postcard series created especially for special-needs moms — a simple, heartfelt reminder that you’re never alone.
Each card is written by singer-songwriter Amy Sullivan and mailed from her home in Ontario as a tangible message of hope.
What’s happening right now?
Dear Mama Mail is taking a quiet break before officially reopening in 2026.
This December, Amy is sending out a small batch of free Christmas cards as a gift to friends of Dear Mama Mail — a little encouragement for your mailbox while we rest and refresh behind the scenes.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
Yes! ✨ Dear Mama Mail ships to both Canada and the United States.
Please note that U.S. deliveries may take a little longer to arrive depending on customs and local mail timelines.
When will regular subscriptions return?
Monthly subscriptions are planned to reopen in early 2026 once our new site and schedule are finalized.
If you’d like to be notified when sign-ups open again, join the mailing list or request a free Christmas card — you’ll automatically be included in the first update.
Can I buy a gift card or subscription right now?
Not at the moment. We’ve paused all paid orders while we focus on recovery and refreshing the project.
You’re welcome to request a free Christmas card this season or stay connected through the mailing list for updates when subscriptions return.
Do subscriptions automatically renew?
When subscriptions reopen, they’ll continue to be pre-paid packages (no automatic renewals).
We’ll always email you when your term is ending to ask if you’d like to continue.
How do I change my mailing address?
Just send a note to orders@dearmamamail.com with your old and new addresses.
Address changes made after the current mailing date may apply to the next one.
What happens if there’s a postal strike or delay?
If mail service is interrupted, cards may arrive a little later — but they won’t be forgotten.
During a long delay, we’ll also email a digital version so encouragement still reaches you.
Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
Because cards are individually prepared and mailed, all orders are final sale once processed for mailing.
For now, we aren’t processing paid orders — only free Christmas cards — so you can simply sign up without payment or commitment.
